Mediation Services

Joseph A. Bayliss, Sr., Esquire (Joe) and Jerome B. Blevins, Esquire (Jerry) are both Certified Circuit Civil mediators. They are also certified foreclosure mediators.

Both attorneys provide mediation services for all civil matters including personal injury, auto accidents, premises liability, products liability, workers’ compensation, and more.

Both Joe and Jerry are experienced in representing defendants and plaintiffs/claimants; therefore they have the ability to see cases from both viewpoints and understand the issues and pressures facing the parties and their counsel during the litigation and mediation process.

Jerry has been Supreme Court certified as a Circuit Civil Mediator since 2000 and Joe has been Supreme Court certified as a Circuit Civil Mediator since 1998.
